We want you to have a great experience and be completely satisfied with our products. If the item is deemed defective, please contact us so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note, in the event that the item is deemed defective by our team, you must send a photograph, proof of purchase, and a brief description of the problem to us at seeingbeyondmyself@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of delivery.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning the item(s). Please know that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Gift cards are not refundable.
